Happy Easter!

I think it’s appro­pri­ate that i’m res­ur­rect­ing this blog on easter sun­day. I just found out that the condo’s lobby is a wifi hot­zone, so i get free inter­net access! Yehey. The Lord is risen. hehe.

It’s my first easter out­side the Soci­ety. It’s a lit­tle dif­fer­ent. I’m not going to the annual Jesuit villa, i’m not look­ing for­ward to the sta­tus (the list of new assign­ments which is usu­ally announced every Easter), I won’t be going to Mirador this year. But it’s also strangely the same. With the risk of sound­ing “overly spir­i­tual”, I’m real­iz­ing more than ever that life has been good to me. The same Christ who rose for me in the Soci­ety (because in a sense, every res­ur­rec­tion is a per­sonal res­ur­rec­tion) is the same Christ who rose for me this “new” year. Ad Amorem. His love is indeed greater than all the things that hap­pened in my life.
