What is a Pocketmod?
In the olden days (this was before celphones were invented), we had folded up pieces of paper to remind us of our to-do lists. When I was in college, and I went through ROTC (Reserved Officers Training Course) every Saturday afternoon, I had my notes written down in a folded piece of paper and I would read it during lull times (i.e. when we were not jumping around and marching like robots).
The PocketMod is the internet-age version of that. It is a new way to keep yourself organized. PDAs may be way too expensive and cumbersome for many of us, and organizers are bulky and hard to carry around. With the PocketMod, you can carry around the days notes, keep them organized in any way you wish, then easily transfer the notes to your PDA, spreadsheet, or planner.
The PocketMod is a small book with guides on each page. These guides or templates, combined with a unique folding style, enable a normal piece of paper to become the ultimate note card.

From the website, it says: Many things make this little personal organizer special, here is a list.
1. It fits easily in your back pocket or purse.
2. It’s as cheap as one piece of paper (Because that’s all it is!)
3. It opens like a book. Leading to easier to find, more organized notes.
4. The first page has a pouch, big enough to carry a business card!
5. Customizable with “Mods” tailored to your needs.
6. It’s free and fun!
I print my Pocketmod every Monday. There, I write down my to do list, my sked for the next two weeks, my shopping list, and to track down my daily expenses. All that in a really small list.
It is the new-age version of a very traditional tool we’ve always had. This is one great re-invention and I recommend you try it to believe what I’m talking about!
