Jay White is the man behind Dumb Lit­tle Man. He is not some pro­fes­sional devel­op­ment guru, has not (yet) writ­ten any books and has no alter­na­tive agenda aside from learn­ing and shar­ing. He started Dumb Lit­tle Man one night after real­iz­ing that his free time had van­ished after the birth of his sec­ond child.

Jay wrote all the arti­cles for Dumb Lit­tle Man in the begin­ning. Later on, he accepted that his audi­ence has some­thing sub­stan­tial to share.
