Teach​Mate​.org is a ser­vice that helps peo­ple who wish to learn things find oth­ers who wish to teach them. You may think of it as some kind of “dat­ing ser­vice” in edu­ca­tion and learn­ing and development.

The idea of the barter of knowl­edge– teach­ing oth­ers your com­pe­tency and learn­ing some­thing in return– is inge­nious and really cool. I see it as humanity’s way of shar­ing knowl­edge and improv­ing the human gene pool.

The Per­sonal MBA web­site works on the assump­tion that busi­ness schools don’t have a monop­oly on worldly wis­dom, that you do not really need to be in busi­ness school to be good at busi­ness, and that you can learn if you’re seri­ous about learn­ing advanced busi­ness principles.

I started read­ing The Busi­ness Pun­dit because I got curi­ous about an arti­cle enti­tled: 25 High Pay­ing Jobs That Most Peo­ple Over­look. I also started read­ing its arti­cles on Bad Busi­ness, as well as its many great arti­cles on Lead­er­ship.
