Ang Peregrino will be undergoing a major lay-out change in the coming days. I am reinventing the site to look more like a magazine than a blog.

Please bear with me if links do not work, or the pages will come out weird and images will be blank. I am experimenting with the design. I think this will take about a whole week to finalize.

I promise that AngPeregrino will be better after all this! :-)

UPDATE: A reader gave me a heads up. Apparently, there is a problem with how Feedburner reads the subscriber stats. He said that it’s safer to just subscribe via email instead of the Firefox Live Bookmarks. Subscribing via email ensures that you’re counted as a subscriber. Thanks!

After thinking about it for a long time, I have decided to move my blog to the Wordpress environment. Blogger has been very good to me the past several years, but I feel that in order for this blog to grow and because I want to host other blogs too (I am transferring Sunprints and will start an Organizational Development blog soon), Wordpress will give me more flexibility than Blogger ever could–including hosting subdomains, future posting, and having more designs available at my disposal.

Starting tomorrow, I will not be posting anything over the weekend. This is for several reasons:
1) I have found that I get very few hits on weekends. Most of the blog readers here read my Saturday and Sunday posts on Monday. If they have the time to read it. That’s just too many posts to be read in a single day. So I’ve decided to just do away with weekend posts altogether.
2) I can actually make much better use of my time on weekends by going around the net and …

You probably noticed the blog’s new “redesign”. Basically, I made the ads column more prominent by putting it on the left side of the blog so that as you scroll the post, you will be able to see the ads as well. This will hopefully encourage more advertisers to place their 125×125 ads on my blog (for this month, I’m offering a 125×125 space at $10/month).
