Your Dream Condo Unit, Townhouse, House and Lot at 5–20% off Market Value!
With updates below.
This was sent to me by my good friend TJ Agulto. He’s now brokering properties below market value. Basically, his group wants to help people find living spaces that are comfortable, peaceful and affordable.
TJ was the former President (the technical term was OAC–Over All Coordinator) of an org I was handling in the Ateneo. When he graduated, he got the Most Outstanding Individual Award for his work with the Christian Life Community, Socially Oriented Activities (SOA), and most specially with the group called Alay ni Ignacio, …

Making a World of Difference
This is a pitch for my alma mater. I gave a talk about the Ateneo several years ago to high school students in Cebu City. A part of this article has been repeatedly quoted in alumni newsletters and orientation kits. Here’s the article in full…

If you want to advertise on my blog, please contact me. Oh and I would love your comments below about what you think about …

My friends have been quite curious why I have been very conscientious and consistent in blogging the past month. This was because about a month ago, I’ve decided to become semi-serious with this whole blogging thing. And I found this service that makes it truly worthwhile for me to earn some money from blogging.
It’s called blog advertising. In the last two weeks, I’ve actually earned some $20 just writing several 100 word articles about websites. Advertisers are connected to bloggers who write opinions about their services and give a link …

The Year of Living Biblically
Found this really interesting book. It tells the story of AJ Jacobs’ quest to follow every single rule in the Bible — literally. And he did this for one whole year.
So you can just imagine what happened.
The author puts it this way:
–The book is an exploration of some of the Bible’s startlingly relevant rules. I tried not to covet, gossip, or lie for a year. I’m a journalist in New York. This was not easy.
–It is an investigation of the rules that baffle the 21st century brain. How to justify the laws about …
